About this condo
Princessa resort on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point, Mexico, with the newly remodeled grounds and amenities, is the place to stay. Beautiful 2 bed 2 bath with new TVs and furnishings and new in the rental pool. Heated pools, volleyball, gym, outdoor BBQs and dining. Owners also just put in a brand new 14 SEER cool AC.
Enjoy quality food and drinks at Colin's Cantina, right on the beach with the most amazing sunsets. I always try to respond to guests as quickly as possible.
