How a trip comes together

Tell Chad your month and party size
By text, WhatsApp or email. A full group is 8 to 12; smaller parties can join a group that is forming.

Dates and a per-person quote within two business days
The price depends on the group size and the hotels available for your dates. A request does not reserve anything yet.

A deposit holds the dates
The deposit, the balance date and the refund terms are written in your quote before you pay anything.
Your guide, Chad
Chad has lived and worked in Mexico for over two decades and has spent that time driving to the places this itinerary visits. He leads every day himself, with a private van and driver, and books the hotels and tables he would choose for his own family.
From the road
Practical and safety notes
Getting around. A private van with a professional driver for the whole trip; Chad rides with you.
Where you sleep. Boutique and 3 to 4 star hotels, named in the itinerary, double occupancy; single rooms at a supplement.
Pace. Light to moderate: walking tours, one long drive day, free afternoons built in.
Insurance. Travel insurance with medical cover is recommended for every traveller.
Health and mobility. Tell Chad about anything that affects walking, altitude or food; Zacatecas sits at 8,000 feet.
Group size. Eight to twelve travellers, so the van, the tables and the tastings stay personal.
